I love a good Cuban sammich, Saw this at the store and I’m glad I got two. These are pretty good. Wasn’t what I expected but it was still pretty good. Should have got some horchata to wash it down.

Good afternoon BP fam, I have 4 days off so I got started early this morning. I used the beef tallow I made on these chuck roasts as a binder for the rub and injected them with worcestershire. 7 hours later smoked with hickory and let to rest for about an hour and these chucks came out so juicy and tender. I did really good, I wish y’all could taste them. Stay cool and hydrated today everyone it’s gonna be hot.

Good afternoon BP fam, it’s hot as hell today, it’s 104 and it’s just noon. Making my own beef tallow. Got 5lbs of beef fat in my smoker and 5 hours later I got two nice jars of golden beef tallow. Can’t wait to use it.

I GOT NEW KNIVES!! So happy right now, these will help me perfect my craft, they are not the best but they will do for now gonna go and sharpen and hone them now. These are the little things that makes me happy.

Good morning and happy Wednesday everyone. This is a late post from Sunday. Finally finished smoking my turkey breast. It came out really juicy from the brine and injecting with Cajun butter. This is gonna make some great sandwiches. Have a great day everyone and take time to be kind.

Good morning BP fam, so I’m at my reptile store today and I’m taking this little one home today. From the species Pickachu (Ceratophrys cranwelli) pac man frog. Haven’t named it yet (open to suggestions) and it’s still a baby so the sex is hard to determine.
